Product Description

1ST DAY

  • Meeting with the naturalist guide that will lead us to discover the Ispica Cave which is situated between the city of Modica and the town of Ispica and that extends for 13 km. We will discover the prehistoric necropolis , the Christian catacombs and prehistoric housing units. We will also visit the historical city center of Ispica which was rebuilt after the earthquake in 1693. There we will admire the “Santa Maria Maggiore” and “ Santissima Annunziata” cathedrals.
  • Ricotta tasting
  • In the afternoon we will visit the evocative city of Modica, well known because of the baroque style. Modica is also famous for its spicy chocolate, produced according to the ancient Aztec recipe . We will have the opportunity to appreciate it during the tasting at one of the oldest and best-known pastry shops of the city
  • Return to b&b and overnight stay.

2ND DAY

  • After breakfast visit to the town of Rosolini and to the Castle of Platamones, built in 1668.
  • Oil and local products tasting
  • Return to b&b and overnight stay.

3RD DAY

  • After breakfast transfer to airport.
